All classes are 8 weeks long, with one 1 hour class each week.
PUPPY OBEDIENCE
8 weeks
Puppy Obedience is all about getting your puppy off to the right start. We’ll show you how to solve typical puppy problem behaviors and begin teaching your puppy the foundations of obedience. Our puppy obedience classes also help socialize your puppy to other dogs, people, sounds, and sights to ensure they grow into a well rounded adult dog! The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test is available at the end of this course.
BASIC OBEDIENCE 2
8 weeks
Basic Obedience 2 is for dogs that want a little extra practice before jumping into Intermediate Obedience. In this class you and your dog will get to perfect your skills from Basic Obedience 1 as we add more distractions and tougher exercises! This class helps prepare your dog for the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test which is available at the end of this course.
INTERMEDIATE OBEDIENCE
8 weeks
Intermediate Obedience is for dogs that have graduated Basic Obedience (or have equivalent skills). We take all the skills that your dog learned in Basic Obedience and start to add more challenges. This class is held outside (when weather permits) so that your dog can learn to listen to you, even with real life distractions present. The AKC Advanced Canine Good Citizen test is available at the end of this course.
ADVANCED OBEDIENCE
8 weeks
Advanced Obedience is for dogs that have graduated Intermediate Obedience (or have equivalent skills). This class takes place at different pet friendly locations each week. Our Advanced Obedience class puts even the most well-behaved dogs to the test! The AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen test is available at the end of this course.
